📌 Role Overview

🏢 Position: AI Engineer

📍 Location: United States (Hybrid & On-site options)

💼 Type: Full-Time | Permanent

💰 Salary: $152,000 – $210,000 per year + Equity

⏱️ Experience: 3+ years (1+ year AI/ML)

🎓 Degree: BS/MS in Computer Science, AI, or related field

🎯 Key Responsibilities

⚡ Design, build & deploy production-grade LLM pipelines and AI agents

⚡ Architect RAG systems using LangChain, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate)

⚡ Fine-tune & evaluate large language models — GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama

⚡ Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic & Google APIs into enterprise-scale products

⚡ Drive MLOps best practices — model versioning, CI/CD for ML, A/B testing

⚡ Optimize AI inference performance, latency & cloud cost efficiency

⚡ Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, PMs & engineering teams


✅ Requirements

✔️ 3+ years software engineering exp. with strong Python proficiency

✔️ Hands-on experience with PyTorch, FastAPI, TensorFlow or JAX

✔️ Deep knowledge of LangChain, RAG & vector stores

✔️ Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP or Azure

✔️ Solid understanding of NLP, deep learning & model fine-tuning

✔️ Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders

✔️ Team player with a strong ownership mindset


💡 Nice to Have

🌟 Open-source AI/ML contributions or published research papers

🌟 Experience with PySpark, Databricks or distributed data systems

🌟 Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance & data privacy frameworks

🌟 Familiarity with model compression, quantization & edge AI deployment
